If you are a 90’s baby or an early 00’s kid you definitely grew in an awesome era reigned by videogames and pop arts. You surely know some of those arcade games and family computer series that filled your afternoon with magic and fantasy.
This imaginative and creative era became the inspiration and birth of a nostalgic exhibit by the 45 Multimedia Arts, graduating students of Lyceum Of The Philippines, Cavite, from March 22 To March 24, 2019, at the Clearwater Resthouse, Tagaytay City.
This year’s concept revolves in 4 worlds or genres that appreciate the games that molded our youth. The First World: Ciudad De Los Perdidos (GTA- Inspired), Second World: In Sanctus: Alteria (Retro Pixelated Arcade Game Inspired), Third World: Fensalir: Swampland Marauders (Dark Fantasy) and Fourth World: RPG Based World.
Arcana: where the world meets exhibit will be also be having seminars, performances and open mic from all invited artists of different “worlds”.
Also, to celebrate their arcade-themed art exhibit, there will be an open tournament as a way of connecting gamers from our audience. For only 50 pesos worth of registration fee, guests can have a chance to win cash prizes!
Here’s the schedule for the open tournament:
Day 1 – Mobile Legends
Day 2 – Tekken & ultimate marvel vs Capcom 3
