BACOOR, CAVITE-The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Anti-Human Trafficking Division (AHTRAD) raided a cybersex den, arresting 3 suspects and rescuing 2 minors.
NBI AHTRAD Chief Atty. Janet Francisco disclosed that two among the suspects are live-in partners who offer nude shows on camera for profit, disregarding the presence of their children.
Meanwhile, both denied the allegation, saying they are not performing an on-cam nudity, instead, they are just giving in to conversations for a thousand-worth payment.
The other suspect also insisted his denial over the alleged sexual performance on-cam, saying that he just provided poses while wearing his garments.
As of now, the 3 suspects shall be charged of violating provisions under Republic Act (RA) 10175 or the Cybercrime Act and RA 9775 or Anti-Child Pornography.
