Dry run for Cavite Number Coding starts today

The Unified Vehicular Reduction System (UVRS), or Cavite number coding Scheme
will start its DRY RUN today, January 9, 2017 up to January 31, 2017.

The dry run aims to see the potential problems that may occur and address it before the actual implemention that will start on February 1, 2017.
It may also help our fellow Caviteños and Caviteñas that will be affected to find alternative route/solutions.

Warning tickets will be issued to violators of the Number Coding Scheme.

On January 16, 2017, The Provincial Government of Cavite will release the (IRR) Implementing Rules and Regulations which will contain details of exemptions.

We suggest that the govt focus on kolorum vehicles. We, the working group should not suffer the consequence of violators actions. Initial reaction is for us to look for another vehicle which will only add up to the worsening traffic situation. No to number coding in cavite.

This is to request the inclusion in the implementing rule of number coding scheme exemption of vehicles with special child/children. It would be hard for them to commute cosidering their conditions.

I have know your father for a long time. He is true Caviteño. And most Caviteños will not agree on your number coding scheme. Sad to say you did not see what is the real Problem arising on traffic jam on most Highways in Cavite proper. You NEED To address all colorum and PUV’s vehicle’s who are not following the rules specially motor tricycle who are on the main Highway.and to mention pedicabs. It is UNFAIR for a private vehicle only to subject this scheme since they pass only one time when they work, sending their kid’s to school. Bus and jeepneys pass every hour. So i don’t know how you make this rule.
