Property developer HG-III Construction and Development Corp. is investing P5 billion in the initial phase of a 200-hectare master-planned township called Golden Horizon in Trece Martirez City.
The said township, located just 45 km south of Manila and 23 km from Tagaytay, is expected to host 15,000 families upon its completion. HG-III has already acquired neighboring land properties for the expansion reaching boundaries of General Trias. Golden Horizon’s Phase 1 is an 86-hectare property comprising of 9,800 units, 7,000 of which are already built and occupied. It’s a combination of row houses, villas, and courtyards.
According to HG-III COO Howard Guintu, they were surprised by how home buyers embraced their offer so well despite being new in the particular market. And that’s also when the corporation decided expanding their initial phase in order to introduce new housing options.
HG-III broke the ground last April 18 to formally introduce the two newest communities within Phase 1.
“We are investing P5 billion for the completion of Phase 1 and to jump-start the development of Phase 2. We are targeting the completion of Phase 1 by 2022,” Guintu said.
They are investing P5 billion to complete the Phase 1 and to jump-start the development of Phase 2 as well.
Its future developments shall include Phase 3, expecting to cover 32 hectares and Phase 4 spanning 36 hectares of Golden Horizon.
